"On 7-17-2010 I vivited the Metro Harley Dealership escorted by Ross Bowman. I was introduced to members of the family and some of the co workers including Scott. Scott was not only professional, but immediately curteous and knowledgable to all my questions. I was also given a tour of the entire facility. I could not believe how enormous, clean and organized the entire building was. I had goosebumps my entire visit. I was even lucky enough to be able to donate to dunk Ross's father Rick in the dunk tank. The proceeds were going to soldiers fighting for our freedom. Today was a very special day for me. The purchase of my first Harley Davidson. A 1993 ROADKING. Even though I did not purchase this bike from Metro, I learned very quickly that I know where I will have my Bike serviced and maintained. Scott assessed my Bike and informed me of small short comings and found I needed a rear tire, and that I shouldn't even drive around the block with the one that was on there. It was the original with 11,800 miles on it. With approval from Rick, I had a new tire on my bike in under 25 minutes. All this treatment with thier open house going on. Tom checked me out and I was on my way. What a way to start my Harley Davidson adventure. I will advise others to visit the Metro Harley Dealership where I know they will be a satisfied customer. "I wanted to get my husband a decent bike in 2008. We looked through many ads and dealerships new and used. I walked into Metro and asked for Jarod. Jarod greeted me with a smile and asked "What can I do for you?" I told him that I was looking for and I wanted to surprise my husband. Jarod was great! I did surprise my husband he did not get to see the bike until all the paper work was done and we were ready to go home. I went back in May 2010 and spoke with Jarod again and told him I was interested in the Road king they had on the web site. He told me that they sold it the night before. What's the luck? So again I told him what I wanted and that we wanted to trade the 2008 in. He said ok let me do some checking I will call you back. As I know he was shaking his head because I walked in there with a neck brace on and I could hardly talk due to the neck surgery I had 4 weeks prior. Received a phone call from Cody. He said this is what I have and what we can do. I sent my husband up there. Husband found the bike he wanted. Went back on Saturday told Cody that we had to have passenger foot boards and a back rest. Cody did a wonderful job getting a new comfy seat and back rest for me. (Even though he said I should not be on a bike!) So my husband drove his Harley home for Mother's Day. Took the bike in the following Saturday to have the accessories put on. Thomas was great about getting it in and done so we could make it back home for our daughter's graduation party. I have been back in there since because I want my own bike now. Cody is looking for one for me and helped me get into the motorcycle class at Kirkwood. Thanks Cody, Jarod,Thomas, parts counter people and the accessory sales staff! You are all awesome I will continue to shop there and recommend anyone to you."

"Great Service! Great People! Great Dealer! A group of eight of us were riding from Fort Smith Arkansas to Iowa on our way to the National Motorcycle Museum in Anamosa. On Friday at 4:30 in the afternoon one of the bikes breaks down on the side of the interstate in Cedar Rapids. We decided the bike was not repairable on the side of the road. The primary had to come off. We called Metro Harley in Cedar Rapids they offered to come and get the bike but we told them we could make it to them. Our roadside fix broke in their parking lot. They were extremely kind and took the bike right in to the shop. They looked the bike over and told us they did not have the part but could have it first thing in the a.m. They gave the now bike less rider a ride to our hotel and told him to be back at 11 a.m. the next morning. We show up on Saturday morning and the bike is ready to go and the price was unbelievably reasonable. I will be flying into Cedar Rapids to buy my next Harley. Thanks you guys ROCK!!!"

"It was my bike that broke down on the side of the Interstate at 4:30pm on a Friday afternoon....I've been to ALOT of motorcycle shops...even had repairs done while "on the road"..I have never been treated as well as I was at Metro!
Of course it started with a local man stopping and letting me borrow tools and anything else I needed....then he took the time to lead me to the Harley shop!! then we get to Metro and were seriously treated like visiting family (not inlaws)!!
I was given a ride to a hotel, which they recommended, Jarod even waited to make sure they had enough rooms for us....picked up the bike the next morning (SATURDAY)...and could not believe how well I was treated...GREAT EXPERIENCE! I will definetly travel the 600 miles to purchase my next motorcycle!"

"In 2009 we purchased a new Harley Soft Tail & had great experience. Since than we have purchased many items from parts, accessories, clothing & used the service department for routine check up to just general questions. Everyone at Metro has gone over & above to help us & answer any questions we may have. Recently we purchased a 2010 Harley Sportster 1200. This is my first bike, Cody & Rick both talked with us & helped us decide what the best bike would be to fit my needs & experience. They were very patient with me as I had many questions. "First and foremost if your looking to buy a Harley, you will be wasting your time searching elsewhere! From the owner through the sales staff . And of course the parts and service department. Is in my opinion the best dealership ( Period!!!!!!!!!!!) I have now bought my 3rd Harley in 3 years from them . And let's just say , I could shop have shopped 3 harley dealers within 1 hour drive but would not have received the 5 star service from anyone else, like i've have received with Metro Harley Davidson! "I have taken my bike to 2 other dealers in town and have had nothing but a horrible experience with both, Chad the service manager at Metro along with his mechanic technician that worked on my bike went way above and beyond to not only do a great job at fixing my bike but did it in a great timely manner. They treated me right and did an excellent job getting my bike back up and running. Even though my bike is not a Harley and it is rather old they treated me like true customer should be treated and made sure my bike was fixed correctly the first time. "We bought a 2001 Harley Electra Glide Ultra Classic sight unseen in july we live 200 miles away they held it for is for a week untill we could get there, every one was so helpful, have not had any problems with the bike at all would deal with Metro again and will visit the store hen we come to town again thanks a bunch we love it.

"I was traveling to Iowa from Milwaukee this past Saturday when the engine on my Road King started to quit on me. I was able to reach the Harley dealer in Dubuque who was able to diagnose the problem as being a faulty crank sensor. Unfortunately, their parts department did not have one on hand, so I was back on the road without the problem being fixed, but with it being diagnosed and the need part number in my pocket. Reaching Anamosa, I called your store around 1:35 PM. I was told you had two sensors in stock and that one could be installed on my bike if I got there before closing. I made the mad dash to Cedar Rapids and got to your location by 2:35. I was greeted by Jerry Casper of your Service Department who immediately put a fan to my bike to cool it done and told me to go purchase the sensor from the parts department. When I got back to the Service area with the part, Jerry had already done the needed disassembly on my bike and within 15 minutes had the new sensor installed. I was fixed and on my way before closing time at 3:00! I want to express my thanks to and commend Jerry for his outstanding dedication to customer service. I couldn't have been more pleased with how I was treated and taken care of. I will be telling the story and singing Metro's praises for years to come. Again, thanks to Jerry and the rest of the Saturday service crew.

"Pulled in at 5:15 on Tuesday evening with broken shift peg. I was returning from Milwaukee on my way back to Omaha with my wife, and was concerned that I would have to wait until the next day. As I walked through the showroom to the parts department, Rick stopped and asked if there was anyway he could help. When I told him my situation he took charge and got my bike on the rack and it was repaired within 30 minutes! What staff! What service! Thanks to all."

"It pays to deal on the coldest day of the year. Made the deal, signed the papers, serviced the bike, loaded the bike on the truck , shook hands and was home in Washington , Iowa before the next snow storm hit. The sign on the bike said ready to ride, and it sure was, although I had to wait 2 months to ride it because of weather. Thanks Rick, it was a great deal and I am very happy with the 2005 flstc . It's an eye catcher and it runs great."

"Great Service, and Parts department. After dealing with an other dealer trying to get my wrecked bike fixed. " Other deal couldn't see the obvious" well it was the 1st thing Metro found wrong with it. I am very happy with how the bike came out and how they handled everything.
